At Kabt Shereena, every dress is created with childhood’s special moments in mind. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms below. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. ♡

Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, we may begin preparing or creating your dress. Please check the design, size, fabric, color, customization details, contact information, and delivery address before placing your order.

Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once production has started.

Custom-Made Dresses

Custom-made and personalized dresses are created especially for you. Once confirmed, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

The agreed design and customization details cannot be changed after production has started.

Handmade Details

Some Kabt Shereena dresses include handmade or hand-finished details. Small differences from product photos may occur in embroidery, embellishments, bows, or the placement of decorative details. Colors may also appear slightly different on different screens.

These minor variations are part of the character of handmade work. If a dress arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact us so we can review it in accordance with our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable law.

Design Changes and Exchanges

Design changes cannot be made once production has started. Eligible size or fabric exchanges for selected dresses are explained in our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
